On Those Busy Days..

The List.

You know, the list.
That to-do list.

What do you do when it's simply too long? How do you get any writing in at all?

For me, I always have a side project that isn't on my computer, but in a spiral notebook. That way, when I'm stuck without my computer, I can still get SOME writing done. :)

What about you? How do you get your writing in on those busy days?

Ah, yes. Those darn lists.

As for me, I carry a rather out-dated MP3 voice recorder. Whenever a thought, turn of phrase, plot device, or the like pops into my head, I talk it into the recorder for later review. That way, even if I don't get any actual writing done, I consider the day a success.

Best~~

Ha! The list! I tend to spend all my time making the list and never actually getting around to crossing off anything. I'm still trying to figure out how to get writing in on those busy days. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

Sometimes! I usually know which of my days are going to be too busy for anything else and just schedule writing for the less busy days. Is that cheating?

I am such a list girl! I love how you put "sleep" on the bottom of your list. Just in case you forget, lol!

I usually don't--unfortunately. Though if I have paper around, I'll scribble down ideas/notes if I can.
